Dr. Jeff Kaplan is a dedicated executive coach and organizational consultant with over 30 years of experience helping leaders reach their full potential.
As the founder and driving force behind Leading with Heart, he’s committed to empowering executives to lead with purpose, empathy, and humility. Jeff brings a unique blend of academic expertise and real-world experience to his coaching.
He holds a PhD in psychology, an MBA, and the prestigious Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coach Federation – a distinction shared by only 1,327 coaches worldwide.
Beyond his coaching practice, Jeff has made significant contributions to the field of leadership development. He’s authored multiple books, including the recently published latest book, “Leading with Heart: The Human Advantage in an Age of Automation” and his insights have been featured in publications such as SmartCEO and the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Cory McCray
Cory McCray is a Maryland State Senator representing the 45th Legislative District in Baltimore City, where he is committed to expanding opportunity, strengthening communities, and delivering real results for working families.
A proud son of Baltimore, Senator McCray began his career as an electrical apprentice and now stands as a journeyman electrician—bringing a working-class perspective to public service that is rare in legislative spaces.
He is the only member of the Maryland General Assembly to have completed a registered apprenticeship, and his lived experience continues to shape his work in workforce development, education, and economic mobility.
McCray is also the author of The Apprenticeship That Saved My Life, a guidebook and call to action that highlights apprenticeship as a powerful pathway to success. Through his work in the legislature and in the community, he continues to advocate for systems that provide real access, real exposure, and real opportunity—especially for young people who are too often overlooked.
He is a devoted husband to his wife, Demetria, and a proud father to his four children—Kennedy, Reagan, CJ, and Bryson—who continue to inspire his work and commitment to building a better future for the next generation.

Dominique Palmer
Dominique Palmer is an Advocacy Specialist with The Arc Maryland, and a passionate self-advocate dedicated to advancing opportunities, accessibility, and inclusion for people with disabilities. A Maryland native and graduate of the Howard County Public School System, Dominique brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her advocacy work.
In her role at The Arc Maryland, Dominique collaborates with organizations across the state’s Empowering Partners network and is an active participant in Maryland’s legislative process, working to ensure that the priorities of the disability community are heard by policymakers and elected officials. She also authors Dominique’s Corner, a quarterly feature in The Arc Maryland’s newsletter, where she shares personal reflections, advocacy insights, and stories that inspire action.
Inspired by her experience as a graduate of The Arc Maryland’s Partners in Policymaking program, Dominique co-founded the S.E.E. Foundation, Inc. with her mother in 2021. The nonprofit creates opportunities for people with and without disabilities to build authentic relationships through educational programs, social gatherings, and community conversations. At the heart of the Foundation’s mission is a simple but powerful belief: when people truly see one another, barriers begin to disappear.

Tiffany Winfrey is a transformation leader, entrepreneur, speaker, and founder of T. Winfrey Design, where she helps entrepreneurs build brands that clearly communicate who they are and the value they bring to the world.
For nearly 20 years, Tiffany has led technology, strategy, and organizational transformation initiatives, helping businesses turn big ideas into meaningful results. She works alongside executive leaders to shape strategy, strengthen communication, and guide organizations through change.
Her leadership has earned recognition for empowering entrepreneurs and supporting the growth of women in business. A lifelong learner, Tiffany is currently pursuing her MBA while serving as an Area Director for Toastmasters, where she mentors emerging leaders and helps them become more confident communicators.
Tiffany is driven by one simple belief: when people recognize their value and communicate it with confidence, they create opportunities that can change their lives.

Drue Lindsay
Dreu Lindsay is a public health leader, educator, and advocate whose work centers on helping people feel seen, heard, and empowered.
As Project Director of Project LIVE (Living with Intention, Vision, and Empowerment) at The Arc, Dreu leads an initiative that supports transition-age youth in building resilience, self-advocacy skills, and meaningful connections within their communities. Through her work, she has observed that many conflicts between generations are not rooted in differing values, but in differing languages, experiences, and ways of communicating.
In her TED Talk, “It’s Not a Generation Gap, It’s a Translation Failure,” Dreu challenges the belief that generations are fundamentally disconnected and offers a new perspective on how empathy, curiosity, and intentional translation can bridge divides between generations.
Outside of her professional work, Dreu is a wife, mother to her daughter Leigh-Ann, and an avid golfer and hiker who believes some of life’s best conversations happen outdoors.

Jamorra Monae DuBose Morris is an Off-Broadway playwright, director, producer, and multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the intersection of identity, trauma, healing, and human connection.
A lifelong storyteller, Jamorra’s creative journey began in visual art and fashion design before expanding into theater, culinary arts, and immersive experiences. She is also the creator of the Jammies Burlesque Tea Party, an event that blends performance, history, food, and community into a one-of-a-kind artistic experience. In addition to creating her own work, she mentors emerging artists and leads workshops that encourage creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.

Yvonne Harper is a government affairs and public policy strategist, educator at heart, and community leader who believes the most transformative ideas begin with the human heart.
