Dontae Tyler

Donte Tyler

Dontae Tyler has spent the last several years building OQP Solutions from the ground up a Washington, DC a tech firm specializing in cybersecurity services and products to organizations that can’t afford to get security wrong. Before founding OQP, he worked inside several federal agencies, witnessing firsthand how vulnerable even the most guarded institutions can be.

Dontae wrote Cyber Hygiene to make security practices accessible outside the industry to the everyday person. He’s taken that mission to stages across the globe speaking at DEFCON in Vegas, Api Days in Australia and BSides in Puerto Rico. He also founded Faith Based Tech Meetup (FBTM), a community he built to give purpose-driven technologists in the DMV a place to grow together one that’s now expanding beyond the region. Whether he’s testing an organization’s defenses or building the next room full of technologists, Dontae is focused on the same thing: making sure people and institutions are ready for what’s coming next.

Shawn Brumfeld

Shawn Brumfeld

While establishing a career as a computer engineer, Shawn Brumfeld learned early to rely on logic, systems, and relentless effort to drive results.

Over time, he discovered a critical missing variable: mindset.

He realized that without the right internal framework, even the highest levels of intelligence and hard work can be blunted by self-doubt and habitual self-sabotage.

That realization changed everything. A Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, Shawn shifted his focus from merely optimizing systems to mastering the inner game that drives human performance.

Featured in Helpful Living Magazine and a guest on the Big Meaningful Life podcast, Shawn now equips leaders, tech professionals, and high-achieving teams with practical tools to build mental fitness and eliminate self-sabotage.

Through keynote talks, personal coaching, and hands-on workshops, his mission centers on a single truth: when you master your mindset, your intelligence and effort finally deliver their full promise.
