Aisha Thompson is a Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, an ICF-certified coach, and the owner of Pursuit of Wealth Coaching, where she helps clients build financial confidence and independence. A graduate of Hampton University with a degree in Business Management, Aisha has spent her career at the intersection of public service, personal development, and entrepreneurship.

Raised in a community where your neighbor can be your family Aisha realized that community is the foundation for building wealth and a life on your own terms.

That lesson has shaped both her coaching philosophy and her own path.
